Mike helped my fiancé and I buy our first home during a sellers market. He knew what kind of market we were dealing with, knew what our budget was never pushed us beyond what we were comfortable with, he understood what homes were worth, pointed out features of the homes we looked at that would cost us money (ie. needs a new roof or the foundation looks cracked.)
